  1. Shut down Jira instance
  2. Delete the following hidden plugin cache directories:
    • JIRA
      %JIRA_
      HOME
      HOME%/plugins/.bundled-plugins
    • JIRA
      %JIRA_
      HOME
      HOME%/plugins/.osgi-plugins 
  3. Restart Jira (these two directories will be recreated on Jira reboot with new plugin cache)
