Go to Apps → Manage your apps → (Repeating Issues app → ) Calendar rules.
Click More (•••) → Edit menu for default calendar or Add calendar button (top right).
On edit view please fill parameters and click Add rule button. You can define many non-working days by filling form in the last row.
After defining all non-working days for given calendar click Save button.
