How to change owner of the repeating?
For single issue - any user who can edit details of the repeating (see Managing permissions) can just go to issue, open details of the repeating and save it (click on “Repeat issue” button) - that user will be new owner of the repeating.
In case there is need to change owner of multiple repeated actions, Jira administrators can do that for multiple issues at one time using “Edit repeatings” bulk change operation available in Jira Navigator. Changing an owner is available only for administrators.
