The Customer Tools app allows users to preview and edit organization data. The info panel is available on the organization view in Service Management.

  1. Go to Service Management customers view.
    Click on the Projects in the top navigation, choose project and then choose Customers from the left menu.

  2. On the customers and organization list click on desired organization name.

  3. This will open view that include additional organization info.

  • Each field may be edited by clicking on its value.

  • Fields visible in customer info are configurable by administrator (see Managing form templates).
