Setup task details

  1. Go to issue view.

  2. Find and click Repeating - Manage in the details pane on the right.

  3. Click Edit button (pencil icon). 

  4. On the form select Issue Workflow as repeat action and configure further details and recurrence schedule.

  5. When finish, then click Repeat Issue button.

Destination status

Status to which issue should be transitioned.

Note that the select will show all statuses available in Jira, not only for project of current issue. Please make sure that you select proper status in case you have multiple statuses with the same name.

Omit invalid transitions

When selected - invalid transitions (e.g. 'Reopen' from 'Open' state) won't fail the current execution and won't disable future repeatings

Notify watchers

When selected - watchers of new created issue will be notified via email. See Email notifications.

Mute success notifications

When selected -  notifications of correct execution will not be sent. See Email notifications.

Other system and custom fields

After clicking "Choose fields to edit..." user can add more system and custom fields defined in Jira that will be updated during task execution. Each field will have simple form input where static value or dynamic value can be provided - see Velocity expressions in field values.
